Many people mistakenly believe that stretching exercises and target exercises can help them shed the fat but this is not true.
You have to speed up your metabolism in order to burn the calories faster which is only possible through cardiovascular exercises such as jogging, aerobics, dancing, swimming etc. If you are on a treadmill, you can start with a 5 minute warm up exercise and slowly increase your pace to the maximum.
After cardio exercises come the target exercises which are meant for toning specific muscles of your body.
The way that these work to get you absolutely huge is by massaging the soft tissue in your shaft from the base all the way to just right behind the head. The penis is made up of ligaments, soft tissues and blood vessels, not muscles like the pill companies want you to believe so you think their pills work.
IF it was actually muscle, it would get bigger if you did steroids. And we all now know that this does not happen, you actually shrink when you take them.
